Before Contacting Us

Tracking Your Package
- Find Your Tracking Number: Go to the Orders section of your account and select your order to view the tracking history. You'll also find it in your order confirmation email or text message.
- View Tracking: On your order details page, click the tracking number to visit the carrier's website for the latest updates. You can also find carrier contact information on their tracking page.
Important Delivery Information
- International Tracking: Allow 7-10 business days for some international carriers to update tracking information. Sometimes, updates occur only after customs clearance. Your order will still be delivered within the estimated timeframe.
- "Delivered" Status: Some carriers may mark orders as "Delivered" 1-2 days before actual delivery. Please wait this period before contacting us.
- Check for Proof of Delivery (POD). Click the carrier's tracking link—or the final-mile redirect—to view any available Proof of Delivery (POD), like photos or GPS coordinates.
- Contact the Carrier First: For the most up-to-date order status or if your delivery is late, contact the carrier directly. You can find their information on our Shipping information page. Have your order number, tracking number, and delivery address ready.

- If your order is delayed by more than 48 hours past the estimated delivery time.
- If no proof of delivery is available
